You can expect honesty and confidentiality. Your information will go no further then Twig Solutions and whoever you choose to do the design work. 

You can expect that we'll make every effort to stick to the timeframe we give you at the start. We may even come in with time to spare, if we have all we need and things go smoothly.

What we need from our clients

We need good communication lines - easy access to you at critical times really helps keep the ball rolling.

All information should be proof-read before you hand it to us. Although we offer a proof-reading service which some clients have found useful, and we'll sing out if anything dodgy catches our eye, the responsibility for the content is yours at the end of the day. 

We quote all work before we start, but if the brief changes substantially (and we understand that can happen on even the best-run projects!) we'll quote you separately for the change before we start, and let you decide whether or not we should go ahead with it.
